Privacy Policy

VirtuCore is a brand operated by Synergy Buyers LLC ("VirtuCore," "we," "us," or "our"). This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to virtucore.io, any subdomains, our funnels and landing pages, the VirtuCore platform, and any calls, emails, or text messages we send (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Two roles we play

When we decide how data is used. For website visitors, prospects, and account holders, we are the business responsible for your personal information. This policy describes that handling.

When our customers decide how data is used. Businesses use the VirtuCore platform to store and message their own leads and customers ("Customer Data"). In that case our customer is responsible for the data and we act only as their service provider, processing it on their instructions. If you received a message from a business that uses VirtuCore, contact that business directly about your information. We will forward requests we receive to the relevant customer where we can identify them.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
• Account details: login credentials, business profile, team members, settings.
• Billing details: billing address and payment method. Card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, not on our servers.
• Communications: form submissions, chat conversations, emails, text messages, call recordings and voicemails where permitted by law, and support requests.
• Consent records: the date, time, source page, and wording of any consent you give to receive calls, emails, or texts.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described in section 7.

Information from other sources

• Publicly available business information, lead and data providers, advertising platforms, and partners who refer you to us.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts, process payments, and send invoices and service notices.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support.
• Send marketing communications where you have consented or where the law allows.
• Register and maintain messaging campaigns with carriers and messaging registries.
• Measure advertising and website performance.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in to receive text messages from VirtuCore, we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, account and onboarding notices, and marketing messages if you separately consented to those.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery providers, is permitted. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with, sold to, rented to, or traded with any third parties.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@virtucore.io or 458-227-1234.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the cookie and pixel use described in section 7, which you can opt out of. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers and subprocessors that host the platform, deliver messages and email, process payments, provide analytics, power AI features, and support customers. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VirtuCore, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your direction or consent.

As stated in section 4, text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category above except the service providers that deliver the messages.

6. AI features

Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence, including conversational assistants, call and message handling, and content generation. Content submitted to those features is processed by our AI subprocessors to produce a response. We do not permit those providers to use Customer Data to train their general models. AI output can contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar tools to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand usage, and measure and deliver advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. Blocking cookies may affect how the site works. Where supported, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of advertising-related sharing.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes in this policy, then delete or de-identify it. Consent and opt-out records are retained for at least five years to demonstrate compliance with messaging laws. Customer Data is retained for the length of the customer's subscription and deleted within a reasonable period after termination, as described in our terms of service.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

10. Your choices and rights

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Text messages: reply STOP at any time.
• Calls: ask to be placed on our internal do not call list.
• Access, correction, deletion, and portability: depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Email support@virtucore.io with your request. We will verify your identity, respond within the time the law requires, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

11. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International users

The Services are operated from the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

13. Third-party links

The Services may link to websites and tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and we will provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
